Rolex RSC polish cases using a jig, not just a simple process of using a buffing wheel and some elbow grease. A proper RSC polish will remove those little dings. Laser welding is for serious damage to replace lost material, not as a filler where a polish will suffice. That is a small dent in my opinion, you don't have to fix it right away.
